Having performed both internationally
and locally Phoenix Magic has appeared live with
celebrities such as Wil Anderson (Triple J, Glasshouse), Justin
Hamilton (JJJ, Glasshouse), Bob Franklin (Jimeoin, Bad
Eggs), Greg Fleet (Today Fm morning Crew), Tom Gleeson (Triple M,
Skithouse, Comedy Inc.) and has received a FANTASTIC response
from audience members, clients, and other celebrities including the cast
of "Wolverine" starring Hugh Jackman,
where Phoenix was appointed magic trainer to Hollywood actor,
Taylor Kitsch, who plays the legendary "Gambit" in the film.
Phoenix Magic was on set advising on camera angles on certain sleights
and was praised personally by Hugh Jackman for his contribution to the
scenes.
Phoenix has also recently returned from lectures in Las Vegas & meetings
with the worlds top minds when it comes to illusions, the very same
builders who worked with David Copperfield.

Hailing from Sydney
Phoenix Magic has been performing the majority of his life. The Magic shows
evolved after studying Kung Fu for 10 years and joining international
tours as an acrobatic dancer. Phoenix Magic learnt from working with some of the
biggest names in magic today and practiced for years to refine his own
style of performance.
Phoenix has headlined virtually every major
cruise ship in the South Pacific and, now returned to Sydney, is happy
to offer his own services and his other magicians for your function,
party or event.
Formats
Roving Close up Sleight of Hand Magic
The magician mingles between the guests who are either
standing or sitting, and performs highly visual, close up magic right in
front of their eyes - sometimes even in their own hands or with their
own borrowed objects. He can get around approximately 60 guests per
hour. Fees are based on an hourly rate. Use this style as a conversation
starter and the beginning of the function, while guests are waiting for
the bride and groom to arrive at the reception or after dinner for those
who don't want to dance.
Small magic shows
Combine an hour or two of roving close up
magic with a small solo magic show. Use a 10 minute show to bring your
guest's focus to the front of the room before speeches or awards. Use a
20-30 minute show for after dinner entertainment before the band or DJ
kicks in.
Illusion shows
Phoenix has a variety of illusion acts which make superb, large
scale entertainment. Anything from Levitation, laser cutting a girl in
half, escape from a straight jacket or Houdini's water tank escape.
